One hour of really focused practice. I slowed down a Q and A take and wrote it, bumped it up a mere five words per minute and wrote it, and then did the break-up method on the hard-copy for 45 minutes or so. I realized I had been doing it slightly wrong. In 45 minutes, of course, I didn't get very far. Made lots of mistakes.

I had the day off today to recover from a trip. I've never purposefully planned like that before. It's a great idea. My throat's a little scratchy now, though. And my boss has COVID. SO that's v. yikes.

Anyway, I was going to finish another episode of that 9/11 podcast, but said scratchy throat encourages me to pack up my things for work tomorrow and eat popcorn.
